The property is just a five-minute stroll from the lively shopping and entertainment complex and the apartments offer stunning views over the business district, the River Thames and The O2 in Greenwich.

McMillan Furniture worked with the team at Frasers Hospitality to furnish the bedrooms and living rooms of 48 apartments at Fraser Place. We were tasked with providing unique and high-quality pieces that were consistent with the sleek contemporary design of the property.

The property Consisting of modern and high-quality serviced apartments, Fraser Place is located in Canary Wharf in London’s financial centre. The property is owned and operated by Frasers Hospitality who manage various residences in London and across the globe.


The brief McMillan was tasked with providing furniture for the apartments that was consistent with the sleek contemporary design of the property and evoked the quality product that the Frasers Hospitality brand is famous for.


The scope Fraser Place is made up of one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments and a penthouse suite with stunning roof terrace overlooking London’s skyline. It was our job to supply all bedroom and living room furniture for 48 of the property's apartments.


Technical design For this project the client appointed and worked directly with an interior designer. It was then the job of our technical design team to take concepts for the furniture and fittings and turn them into production ready CAD visuals, 3D visualisations and sample pieces.


Manufacture and procurement Sourcing products and managing suppliers from all over the globe, McMillan was responsible for delivering every part of the manufacture and procurement process. All-in-all over 450 pieces of custom-designed furniture were manufactured.


Installation and management Throughout the project our team worked closely with Frasers Hospitality to ensure the 8-month timeline could be met. We were also on-site for the duration of the fit out, managing our own installation teams as well as all specialist suppliers and sub-contractors.
